The dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique is not a massage treatment. It uses essential oils applied to the head, back and feet.
Collaboration with the therapist provides information about expectations and goals. This informs the selection of the essential oil – or oils – that can provide the most benefit to the client.
There are twenty-one different essential oil ingredients in eight different oil treatments.
Four options include only one ingredient: these are Wild Orange, Tea Tree, Peppermint, and Lavender.
The other four options are each a different combination of several essential oils including Spruce, Rosewood, Basil, Grapefruit, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Frankincense, Chamomile and a dozen others.
