A valued and enthusiastic member of the Exeter Massage Therapy Team, Michaela Nguyen.
Courses in anatomy, pregnancy and infant massage therapy, basic myofascial massage and more helped her acquire the skills necessary to use in hands-on Massage Therapy. “I don’t consider this a job….it doesn’t feel like work”, Michaela says. “Every day is different. I’m excited to find out what each appointment will require and how I can help use the techniques of this natural way to help people feel and function better.
“I appreciate my loyal clientele that includes people from the very first day I joined the team. That facilitates communication, which is so important in establishing expectations and goals.”
Michaela is also excited about the dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique. “I love this treatment! And so do the many people who come back for repeat sessions.”

ENJOYING HER PASSION:
From a very young age Michaela was fascinated by massage - by 6 years of age she was using her Barbie cash register to deposit 5-cent-payments-per-half-hour massage. Making people feel better made her very happy.
For a high school co-op placement course she shadowed her sister, Stephanie Vandenbussche, in her day-to-day work. It confirmed that her career choice was massage therapy.
In her spare time Michaela loves to spend time with her furry best friend Oliver, a smart and energetic Black Lab and German Shepherd mixed-breed dog.
