 is the owner of Exeter Massage Therapy. She began practicing in 2004 and as time passes her enthusiasm and passion for massage therapy continues to grow. This is evidenced by her very loyal clientele; many individuals have been clients for years.“I am fortunate to have the opportunity to do what I love – helping people feel their best using Therapeutic Massage techniques. My goal is to make every person who comes for massage therapy enjoy an improved quality of life and wellness. “Over the course of years, I have learned that many people are surprised to learn how various massage techniques can help them with painful conditions they were afraid they were ‘just going to have to live with’. “I believe wholeheartedly that massage therapy is a partnership – a collaborative process between massage therapist and client to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals during each session. “The process is dynamic. It involves the therapist being totally present during each appointment, being mindful and listening intently to learn how to improve health and wellbeing. Trust, comfort levels, feedback and openness on the part of the client are each important attributes that enable achievement of the best possible results.”

Stephanie “walks the talk”. She keeps her skills up to date and expanding through continuing education. Her willingness to explore many specific modalities within the massage therapy area widens and increases her depth of knowledge and understanding.

Visitors to her childhood home were often treated to shoulder-tension-relieving massage from the young Stephanie. Now, as then, she is rewarded by making others feel better. Her clients will tell you that they are greeted with smiling enthusiasm each time they come for treatment, reflecting her genuine interest in helping their wellbeing improve.Away from her work Stephanie’s busy and fulfilling life with her husband, two very active young sons and an energetic Golden Retriever bring her joy.
