The process of learning this type of meditation is very simple and easy for beginners as well as for people who have been meditating for a while.
ZOOM ONLINE MEDITATION SERIES:
Online Zoom sessions are offered in 8-week and 9-week series of classes.
Each session is different. This is done to keep the mind engaged – it becomes bored very quickly with repetition. The emphasis is on guided meditation but there is no rigid structure. Within the series there will be education of how the mind works and how the process of thought controls your perception of life and experiences.
