Vipassana is an ancient Buddhist meditation practice. Gentle and very thorough, the process of learning this type of meditation is very simple and easy for beginners as well as those who already practice meditation.

ZOOM ONLINE MEDITATION SERIES:
The Zoom Online Meditation Series can be 8-week or 9-week series of classes.
Each session is different. The emphasis is on guided meditation but there is no rigid structure. Again and again you will be guided back to focusing on your breath – on the process of breathing. There will be education on how the mind works and how thought processes control perception of life and experiences.
Participants receive an email with the password to access the Zoom sessions. They will be guided in meditation in their own environment. Participants turn off their camera and sound and therefore can only see and hear the host/guide who cannot see or hear the participants.
Before the session, participants are asked to decide where they plan to lie down and to have pillows and blankets handy. They should also ensure they will be able to hear the host/guide well.
